1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with our website, placing orders for tensile fabric structures (PVDF, PTFE, ETFE, HDPE), or approving project proposals, you enter into a legally binding agreement under Indian Contract Law and relevant architectural construction standards.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

• Quote Validity: Written quotations provided by ArcShades are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to revision based on raw steel and imported fabric tariff fluctuations thereafter.
• Taxes & Duties: All stated prices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless explicitly itemized as inclusive of GST.
• Payment Schedule: Standard contracts require an advance mobilization deposit upon CAD approval, milestone payments upon steel fabrication/fabric cutting, and final balance prior to or upon erection completion.

3. Structural Engineering & Custom Designs

ArcShades custom engineers every tensile canopy according to local wind load specifications (IS:875 Part 3), steel grade requirements (IS:2062 / IS:1161), and fabric membrane tensile strength requirements.

• Design Approvals: Prior to fabrication, the client must sign off on 3D renderings and structural anchor connection drawings. Subsequent alterations may incur additional engineering and material costs.
• Intellectual Property: All CAD drawings, structural calculations, and 3D architectural mockups created by ArcShades remain the exclusive intellectual property of ArcShades Tensile LLP..

4. Site Readiness, Access & Safety

To ensure safe installation and timely project execution, the client agrees to provide:

• Unobstructed vehicle and crane access to the foundation anchor points and erection area.
• Clear civil concrete footings built strictly to ArcShades reaction load specifications, unless civil works are included in the scope of contract.
• Continuous electrical power and water connections during assembly and membrane tensioning.

5. Membrane & Structural Warranties

ArcShades provides comprehensive limited manufacturer warranties on architectural membranes and structural steelwork:

*Note: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from force majeure (cyclones exceeding rated design parameters, earthquakes), unapproved third-party structural modifications, or intentional physical vandalism.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcShades Tensile LLP. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site delays caused by unready civil foundations, extreme weather events, or client-initiated scope modifications. Our total cumulative liability under any claim shall not exceed the contract value paid to us.
